My main reaction to this, though? I KNEW SHE WAS A WITCH. If this were a movie, I’d want Burt to make magical pavement drawings to shove Death Eaters into. Because, come on, Burt’s totally a Gryffindor who doesn’t give a fuck about having a proper wizarding career and just takes on whatever random Muggle job he feels like that day. Also, Mary and Hagrid should have magic brolly duels for fun *nod*
